Mumbai: Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre has been launched by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Singapore to support enterprises in transforming operations through agentic AI-led innovation.

Housed within TCS’ Singapore Global Innovation Labs, the new centre offers a dedicated, technology-driven environment for organisations to co-create, prototype, and scale AI-powered business solutions across industries.

The Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre brings together TCS’ deep engineering expertise with Google Cloud’s advanced AI and cloud platforms to enable rapid prototyping and scalable deployment of AI solutions.

Enterprises in sectors such as BFSI, retail, manufacturing, transport, and healthcare can leverage Google’s Gemini models and agentic AI capabilities to enhance agility, address regulatory requirements, and deliver hyper-personalised customer experiences.

Through close collaboration with TCS and Google Cloud, businesses can embed AI across their value chains to modernise traditional operations, strengthen security frameworks, and deliver adaptive, customer-centric services. The centre will work with enterprises in Singapore and other markets to unlock new AI-driven use cases.

Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre Enables Co-Creation and Rapid AI Prototyping

Serene Sia, Country Director for Singapore and Malaysia, Google Cloud, said that the collaboration through the Gemini Experience Centre reflects a shared commitment to helping enterprises unlock new possibilities with AI.

She noted that the combined strengths of Google Cloud’s advanced AI technologies and TCS’ contextual industry expertise can help organisations accelerate digital transformation, improve resilience, and enhance customer engagement.

Enterprises engaging with the Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre gain access to rapid prototyping through dedicated sandbox environments powered by Google’s Gemini models.

The centre also utilises Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI and BigQuery’s autonomous data and AI platform, alongside AI-optimised infrastructure including GPUs and TPUs, to enable accelerated testing and development.

Co-creation is supported by TCS’ Google Cloud-certified experts, ensuring secure, seamless, and responsible AI deployments.

Punit Agarwal, Country Head – Singapore, TCS, highlighted that Singapore’s strong innovation ecosystem makes it an ideal location for organisations to combine human expertise with agentic AI.

He stated that the centre enables clients to accelerate the development of industry-defining solutions across customer engagement, decision-making workflows, and operational efficiency, positioning enterprises to lead confidently in an AI-enabled future.

TCS continues to expand its AI research capabilities through collaborations with academic institutions such as Nanyang Technological University and through initiatives like the TCS GoZero Hub, an ASEAN Centre of Excellence focused on sustainable technologies and net-zero goals.
